If I had a synth, I'd get a Jazz Chorus 120 for it.Muse FTW wrote:What kind of amp do you guys usually run your synthesizers through? I've decided on a...glorious synth, but I'm thinking my guitar amps probably aren't the best things to run it through. Any suggestions are welcome. Also, pics incoming as soon as it arrives (hopefully this week).

Re: What is in the post? The thread of and for GAS!
Stopped by my friends' store and made a little Xmas eve swap.
OUT: Sunn Sorado head with Anvil road case
IN: Fender '63 reissue Reverb Unit (blonde with oxblood grill)
May only be one type of reverb, but I'll be damned if it doesn't slay every reverb pedal I've ever played. Plus, tube buffer when it's bypassed. Win/win. Haven't used the Sunn in months anyway.
Now if I only had the money for the '63 Burns I was playing with the reverb unit.

Yeah, that would stomp any KRK suggestion. If I was a real synth player, I'd def go that route and not use my computer monitors like I do now.mathias wrote:If I had a synth, I'd get a Jazz Chorus 120 for it.Muse FTW wrote:What kind of amp do you guys usually run your synthesizers through? That Blond/Oxblood combo is killer. My buddy has the same model and it sounds fantastic. Very interested to compare the Van Amps Sole-Mate and see how it sizes up.insubordination wrote:Stopped by my friends' store and made a little Xmas eve swap.

I guess I thought about it too long. I couldn't justify it with the Frostwave Resonator on the way... Also about to pay for my old PolyGrace!DannDubbleEwe wrote:Psh, of COURSE I didn't order the last one to pair with the Photron, of COURSE I DIDN'T.MSUsousaphone wrote:My man, Delta, found a stash of these guys going for cheap....so....incoming:
