What other delays do you have? What do you want out of a delay?

If it's one you like, and you don't desperately need the money, keep it.
The old ones don't all sound the same.
Some are quite awful.

yes. its an awesome box don't get me wrong, but if you are debating, go ahead and do it. you can always get another one.
i used to think that if i sold my rhodes, by the time that i was able to buy another one, they would have all disappeared and i would be so fucked.
i'm on my third rhodes, its the best one i've had and i got it the cheapest.
the kind of coin that selling yer DMM will bring you opens up a lot of options. unless you spend all the money on booze.

I ditched my big box dmm for an el cap over 6 months ago and I don't have any regrets (except for the fact that they are probably going to be worth mega $$$ in the future)

If you're thinking about it, that generally means you may as well. It's not like they're really that scarce, although rfurtkamp has a point about variable tone.

Ive got a digitech timebender and a solidgold fx electroman. The catalinbread echorec seems pretty fun. I just wanna get delays that offer different sounds. Wackiness is good too.
Yall convinced me. Im gonna let her go.

I'd let it go and look into the DMB Lunar Echo for modulated wackiness. Love that lil guy.
Subdecay Echobox is a great choice too, has modulation and a trails on/off feature.

Re: Should I Sell My Vintage Deluxe Memory Man?
If you can make decent money with your job and easily could afford another ones, keep it. But I agree with hollowhero. The only thing I concerned when selling my big box years ago was the future value. While I loved it (but kinda bored), but still the venture must be continued. Life's too short to stick with one delay & od pedals. Now, enjoy your research!
