Invite some builders out to peddle their wares, maybe have a flea market, and have noise / music (same thing right?) going all day. Depending on how many people would be interested maybe even making it a weekend affair.

thats what i was tryin to think of for the get together in ny i think were just doin a kickin it jam thig philly is more accessable to more ilfers so convention style would be rad
