Hi.
My name is Adam.
I seem to enjoy fuzz, rooster sauce and haunted carnivals. I love using semi-colons, but am not too sure when to;;
So I got this Skreddy Ernie. I like it. But! I wanna try more, and more (and more) fuzzes.
I perhaps have the opportunity to trade this Ernie, for a Monolith Oracle and AB Synth. Both of these fuzzes I've been wanting to try, and the AB Synth clips sounds just so super-great.
I also like money.
What would you think of this trade, and ideally, has any one of you kind musical folks compared any of these devices?
Godspeed and thank you.
PS: I'm bbqing burgers at 5:02 in the morning.

now start singing some Mike Patton stuff and freak your neighbours the fuck out.
I would make that trade, I don't really know what an Ernie sounds like, but Ab-Synths are awesome.

From the standpoint of a lover of fuzz, it's a good deal...both monolith and fuzz hugger do amazing work. An ab-synth and an oracle will give you loads of fuzzy options.
From the standpoint of a businessman, you are getting the short end of the deal. You could sell the Ernie for cash, and buy an oracle+ab-snyth+something else for $100+ (a devi ever perhaps
)
I assume you were referring to a straight trade...if you are being offered cash as well that's something to consider.
Of course with the economy in the shitter the value of the ernie may be in dispute, but I usually see them for $400-450 used on tehbay.
Monoliths run about $200 (though they've become a bit more scarce), and a standard absynth is about $130 NEW (less for used).

Keep the Ernie. Those things sound great and also retain their value pretty well if you really don't want to use it. The AB-Synth and Oracle are great sounding pedals, but I don't think you would get the good end of the deal by trading an Ernie for both of them. If you really want an AB-Synth, try PMing daltont or checking out www.fuzzhugger.com (The custom-work is
)
)Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

Thanks fellow simians!
Yeah I shouldn't be so impatient. I'd also feel pretty lame flipping the Ernie so fast for a tasty profit. Regrets would be had, I'm sure.
