Did it come with screws?
Yes, it does. They are screwed into the back. So, that white cab I posted would be back load (that's the type that I have) and then the V30 one would be front load?
I'm not sure I understand but....
You should be able to:
1) Completely remove the back panel of the cab.
2) Remove the screws that surround the speaker hole.
3) Line the holes of the speaker frame up with the holes where those screws were.
4) Put the screws through the holes in the speaker frame and tighten them down to the baffle.
5) Connect speaker wires.
6) Test to make sure it works.
7) Screw the back panel back on.
8) Ruin your life playing the devil's music.
This should all be done from the back and you shouldn't have to remove the grill at all.
The front of the speaker frame should tighten down against the baffle from the back.
