Formant should be some kind of attack-plus-tone-sweep thing, a modified envelope filter model. i'd guess that Destroyer incorporates some bit-crushing action. Quadrature is going to be some kind of dual-signal thing where two out-of-phase waveforms interact creating amplitude modulation AND phase modulation.
I owned a glass nexus for a long time and it sounded amazing. One of the few pedals I've really regretted getting rid of. Glad I did now though because I'm sure their prices are gonna get shit on now like the old timeline's did when the new one came out.
There's a snake in my boots. Someone poisoned the waterhole!
I'm pretty stoked for the Möbius. Hope they publish the manual soon - curious for the MIDI stuff. I'm thinking about getting one pretty sure. I may kick the FrantaBit and the Prometheus DLX off my board.
I'd imagine Strymon wants this to become available very soon (before the Holiday shopping craze). They could make a fortune by just selling them on TGP's B&S just before Christmas (after it instantly sells out).
I'm not even gonna watch those demos until the craze dies down this time. I was in on the Timeline pre-order, one of the lucky ones, but that shit was cray cray!
The TL is soooooooo good I can't imagine this not ruling too. I generally hate multieffects tho but Strymon could probably change that...
