.So I'm waiting for pricing on the pickguard...on one hand, it's silly to spend $40-60 on a custom pickguard, but I think pickguard-mounting the lipsticks would look much better...
But here's what I was going to do. Definitely the cheaper and easier option.
(Though it'd require grinding the baseplate tabs down a bit to fit in the humbucker rout.)

BTW, for those not following closely, it's NOT going to be a humbucking pair. I'm using two of Duncan's hotter bridge pickups here, for max output, and using a RWRP middle pickup as one of the two pickups in neck pair. That way, with some clever switching, I can use that RWRP for hum-canceling with one of the bridge pickups, or hum-canceling with one of the neck pickups.
