You know, I've been going back and forth as to whether or not I was going to strip and stain the Verellen head, but I think I'll hold off at least for now. Part of me is just lazy and just doesn't want to do it. But the black matches my guitars mostly so I don't mind a whole lot. I fucking love that Duo even though its so small. I think it's part of the appeal of it. And it's got more jangle than a Telecaster for sure

Yeah dude. I'm really fucking happy with EVERYTHING for once. All of my guitars, all of my basses, my amp, my pedals. It's nice.

25% off Verellen?? WHERE?

And it's a Warmoth conversion neck. I got it unfinished and saved about $200 by just doing 7 coats of tru-oil. Put some Gotoh's on it and I'm good to go now, its really nicely made and was easy to install.

I actually like not having a board. Might need to invest in one of those Godlyke Power-All things.

Dude, yes. I had the same Hartke setup.
I miss it a little from time to time.

You play guitar through that Bass rig? What is your guitar tuned to?

Well, that particular one is tuned to Drop Bb. I'm only plugging into it because I don't have a working guitar amp, though it sounds better than I expected.

I have two rigs, but I don't think I have (good) pictures of them. Here's the most recent version of The Doom Room (Basement):
Image

Bass Rig:
Ampeg SVT-VR
Ampeg SVT-CL
Ampeg SVT-810E

Bass Pedalboard:
Sonic Research Turbo Tuner
Wren & Cuff Phat Phuk
Fuzzrocious Mail Order Muff (with custom paint job)
Fuzzrocious Rat Tail
MXR M87 Compressor

Then I've got my etched Bluebeard on a shelf.

Guitar Rig:
Peavey XXX
Marshall AVT412

Guitar Pedals:
ISP Decimator
Ibanez TS808
EHX Memory Toy

I've got two pedals in the mail as well.

That's what I like to hear.

The roach is a small power amp I found on the side of the road. It doesn't work as a pa it works as the most garagy fuzz sound I've ever heard. I'm going to make it footswitchable and use it as my dirt.
The echo is awesome loving the weirdo loops you can get and sound on sound is very cool
