I've only had it for a day or so, but I'm not too stricken by the Eterna myself. I didn't like the BluSky that I tried a couple of years ago, but I thought I would give the Eterna a shot and see if my tastes had changed. It's cool and everything, but the novelty of it soon wares off. There is also a harsh brightness to it that reminded me of why I sold my Dr. Scientist Mini-Reverberator. I still greatly prefer the EQG Ghost for its warmth and compatibility with loads of fuzz. I like how dynamic the Eterna is, but it's a bit too extreme and impractical at times. The mix control is quite hard to hit the sweet spot as well. I'm still in the early stages, and I'm not a pedal flipper, but so far it's not for me.

I look at our drummer, then count myself lucky I have a PT-pro.

Yup this is the way I look at it...plus we usually have noise freakout sessions and I like to have options. But I have played shows with just a tuner, muff, and delay.

I'm waiting on the Iron Horse. With the recent hurricane in America the package has taken a long time to travel from PryMaxe to Ireland. By the way, who made the board for you?

Yeah dude. The PT Nano is a great size. 3-4 pedals and zen.

Wow I'm really good at taking blurry pictures

Here's the main board and the nano board that I take into work, with the new Mooer pedals:
Image

Nano board is (from right to left): Mooer Muff clone, Fender Starcaster Chorus-modded-to-be-a-Vibrato (I should install the switch to turn switch between modes), Make Sounds Loudly fuzz Factory clone, Mooer Pitchbox, Mooer Shimverb.

For some reason when I bought the Pitchbox, I thought it was the one with octave up and downs where you could turn the knob to like, "1, -1, -2" to mix in an octave up, octave down, and 2 octaves down. But that must be a different Mooer pedal. Oh well. This one is cool, too. Since the Shimverb adds a 5th up as an ambient echo, I use the Pitchbox to adda fifth down and get single notes into big wide sorta-chords (the fifth up and fifth down are pretty subtle). Also the Muff clone + octave up on the Pitchbox is very White Stripes.

Been playing with all my overdrive/boost/fuzz pedals.
I have stumbled upon using my Wiio and Overlord together and then using my RRR to boost the shit out of it.
just maybe my new fav tone to fuck around with...

I made me an all-Boss board on a Pedaltrain Jr.

Been wanting to put this together for a while, and the result plays and sounds even better than I had hoped!

God damn. Some of those are SO clean.
Looks great! I sent my old PN-2 in similar condition to Toronto last year? Wonder if it was you who bought it from me.
