Yeah this is what I was thinking, rate is easy to do. Depth is possible as well but It's a bit of a crude method. There's an RGB led there so I was thinking I could use it to cycle through a few different modes.

That's where the wires for LEDs go, the whole board takes up a 1790NS so I made those little holes to put them. I was thinking it'd probably be quite hard to have them directly mounted to the pcb and drill the hole exactly in the right position.

Finished up a colorsound One Knob Fuzz that has been modded to sound more like a Black Arts Ritual. Great little pedal.
