They're only on when they're turned on.. two separate but identical Cosmichorus pedals with all their controls the same. No difference between them. Both off or both on.

Haha yeah? Using both sides of your Cosmi? I haven't quite decided if that's useful or not yet, I can't come up with a situation where it would own... so you go first! *smile*

I can't ever decide whether to have modulation pre or post dirt, so by using both sides of the cosmichorus I can have both, and using both sides of my muza fd900 in a similar fashion I can have delay/reverb and chorus before and after fuzz without having a bajillion pedals on my board

That is, so long as I'm understanding how the signal routing would work.

Well if you're talking about one mono chain then you'll have chorus before and after dirt at the same time... it's gonna get warbly buddy!

With these ideas, might I recommend using a true bypass looper for one or both instances in your chain, in case you wanna turn one of them off.
Ran this set-up with a pitchfactor for a hinute. Though "micropitch" ain't got SHIT on Cosmichorus

Right! That's what you need to make it more powerful, a looper.. clever balls!

Just tried proof of concept with the muza and found out the muza isn't really true stereo
will have to start looking for a more powerful reverb/delay unit and looper to pair with the cosmichorus.

Re: The Cosmichorus v3 Pre-Order Package Partypalooza!
I had a mega pedal board plan once to use a true bypass looper pedal and put the L signal of my eventide pedals at the beginning of my chain, dirt in the midle, and then the R signal at the end of the chain. Controlling it with the true bypass looper would let me put the eventide pedals pre or post dirt - exactly as you described
I did some tests and it worked out fine (minus some specific effects that had LR crosstalk).
I never ended up building the board that I had planned because it would have been 52"X30" and dumb heavy.
But the idea is still solid!
I guess now I should sell those 12 stomp bypass loopers i'm never going to use..... maybe not. maybe someday i'll build the Mega Board. hmmm,

I remember that board, you'd posted some mock up pics, 2xRRR on there amongst a giant collection of other awesomeness??
You should post that pic again, for real, I'd like to gaze at it....

So, there are two jacks on the side for expression/cv control, yes? Can these jacks be used...simultaneously? It kinda seems like they...cancel each other out.

Just watched the demo for the v3 again. It was a terrible idea because now my gas fire has rekindled itself. November needs to fly by!

Both jacks can be used at the same time, they're totally separate systems with nothing to do with each other. And let's not start the coulda/shoulda design suggestions a few weeks before production, no amount of emoticons will make that not annoying.   :idk:

Thanks Brad! We're getting close! I'll show you pics of the v3 pcbs next week and on Friday the box finishers assured me that they'll be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks, they're drilled now and go to powder this week.
We're still at about 75 on the pre-order list...
