I always think of sounds like that when I see turn signals on different cars that meet up and slowly sway away from each other. That thing sounds awesome for the price :omg:

Damn that sounds good. If I end up selling my sh2 I'm gonna pick one of these up, because I would love to have an arpeggiator, additive synthesis, two envelope generators and a "brute factor" knob.

Based on my gut, I suspect that the knob acts like an internal feedback loop for the synthesizer.

Dude, yes. Totally. I've always wondered if car companies set the speed of their blinkers to a time that doesn't match up with a common musical BPM value to avoid people getting distracted or something... probably not, but you never know.

I was actually looking at the SH 101 and SH 2 because they looked similar to this one. But like you said, the features on this one look pretty bad-ass. & you are correct about the brute factor being an internal feedback loop :thumb:

They do look like relatively comparable synthesizers. If you want the arpeggiator, additional envelope, and additive synthesis the minibrute looks like the thing to get. But if you want richer sounds (sh2 has two oscillators and a sub oscillator), auto-bend (not my favorite feature), adjustable modulation amount on the mod wheel, more keys, and drones, the sh2 could be the thing for you. One cool thing I've found with the sh2 is that I can use the lfo to trigger the envelope for arpeggiator-like fun, also with a patch cable you can get all the "brute factor" you want from the sh2.

I wish the minibrute had more controls/routing options for the envelope generators, if it did I'd sell my sh2 tomorrow.

Maybe they'll give me a discount if I tell them they can ditch the arpeggiator.
If they ever build any more, hohohohohoho

Yeah, an additional oscillator and more routing options would be sweet, but oh well. I'm hoping I can still get drones out of it hands free.

DV016_Jpg_Large_513879.954_spalted_maple.jpeg

Saw this recently in a local music store.

Really want this tele. Very interested in the thinner body and two humbuckers.

But wait theres more! The tone knob is a push pull for coil tapping!

Wasn't too fond of the finish at first, but it's growing on me. Kinda wish it had a normal tele bridge too, but I could live with that.
