i wish i hadn't had to sell both my dreadnought-sized acoustics...i'm afraid a low C on a 000-sized acoustic is going to be way too flooby.

All I've got is my huge-ass dreadnought that's some Japanese clone of a 70's Martin, but it's 70's Japanese wood + workmanship and I think it may be better.. Just super bright and loud.

Edit: it just has the world's tiniest frets and zomg that makes me such a sloppy player. :grumpy:

I think anything would be an option with an EGC order. Kevin mentioned he loves trying new things, doubt he'd shoot you down as long as the request wasn't a ridiculous pain in the ass and you were willing to cough up the cash.

The ONLY time he declined a custom job was due to the fact that the guy wanted an exact copy of something already currently available, down to the very last detail, only all aluminum.

Yeah, I think so.

Specimen stuff is nice, but pricey.

So, I played avondon's bass. Holy butts. I've NEVER played a bass that felt that nice. Lighter than I expected, and the way that chords sounded on it? Heavenly. I really want one of these basses now.
