Original Frazz Dazzler + Bass + Sludgey punk rock

Post by khaavren »

I've had my Frazz Dazzler for a while now and using it on a bass.

Just wanted to share the love of the frazz and link to a recent DIY E.P. we did here locally in Edmonton which shows my love for the frazz.

Cranked the shit out of it...

Gear setup:
Fender Jaguar Deluxe > Tech21 Sansamp > Frazz Dazzler > TC RH450 amp > 2x10 & 2x12

Eye-balling the Cosmichorus now..

Good to hear Ryan. :)

It was Sambou that hooked me up with the pedal sale (as we're friends from the old Indecline days).

Since it's my favorite fuzz it will no doubt be on future recordings and will share them with you.

Right on! Geez I love Sam, what a guy! I must know your name too, how long ago are we talking? Vinyl Frazz or new style?

It's been maybe about 2 years since I've received it. (I'm Jon, Sam brought it to my workplace which is a hotel)

If I remember correctly it was just after you started coming out with all the different robot color designs for the frazzes. So I chose the blue & orange.

One of my 1st pedals and still my favorite.
(I've tried others, ie. Shoe Gazer, but keep the sizzle cranked on the frazz and enjoy every moment of it)

Last Saturday @ Wunderbar we were playing a gig with the Frolics for Halloween and some guy spilled beer ALL over it and my Sansamp right in the middle of a song, I just about freaked right out but it didn't short out or anything, didn't seem to get inside. Wipe it off and velcro'd it back on.

If you want when I get home later I can open up the enclosure and grab the info for ya?
