Dynamic-Sensitive Tremolo Pedals

Post by CBA »

Hi.

Is that a feature of most tremolo pedals and I'm just not aware of it? I've read through a lot of descriptions of tremolos and none of them say "sensitive to your pick attack and dynamics". As in like the harder you play, the faster the tremolo rate.

I'd like one that has that option, meaning that I can flip a switch for dynamic tremolo or regular tremolo.

THONKS.

The trem models in the Line6 M-series (5/9/13) have this. You could use a "favorite switch" or expression pedal to turn that feature on and off.

Hmm, that's cool. I'm looking at getting another DL-4, so maybe I'll look at the 5 or 9.

Thanks!

Saw the Tremvelope, and it's a little more robust than what I need. But I haven't watched a demo yet so I'll have a look.

Thank you!

M9 is really so much win, especially if you like the DL4 anyway.

Also, DAT VIBROMAN.

the DbA Interstellar Overdriver Supreme has this function, but the one i had was so noisy that i had to use a noise gate after it. not recommended.

No, but for real, M9. Hard pan trem with volume sensitivity cranked with a loud, loud fuzz going into it becomes like, ring mod.
