Oh my god it is. It's so satisfying to just sit inside sound and tweak it a little, creating something completely new from moment to moment. I need a drone synth in my life.

I started off using this set up tonight to record stuff for the Pitchgrinder Proto contest, but then I just droned out for a while. When the Hyperphase is engaged it makes a lot of high pitched squeal sounds, but disengaged it produces a steady oscillating pitch. hitting it for bursts of noise is fun. Using the PM7 in ring-mode mode to "harmonize" with the oscillating pitch is super fun. Setting the Cathedral on grail flerb with high feedback and tuning the feedback to harmonize with everything else is orgasmically fun. Mmmm.

& I included a night shot for all y'all :thumb:

Is that my old DOD EQ?

Possibly. I know I bought it from someone on ILF for like $20, but I don't quite remember who it was.
