Had a Klon klone for a week or so awhile ago, which I gave to my brother as a birthday present. Didn't play well with his amp, but then again, he was playing a high-gain 100 watt head and trying to get more versatile tones out of it.

I wasn't all that impressed by the Klon.

The Fuck, on the other hand, does everything on the box and more. Really just makes any situation more magical than it was without the Fuck.

Someone please send this to Billy every day until all his pent-up rage erupts, his head turns to actual chrome and he engages his final form: Ultimo-Corgon, where he finally starts to hate fuck every skyscraper in Japan demanding an explanation, weeping tears of mercury down on the innocent bystanders below while proclaiming to be the greatest musician of all time, including the future.

I borrowed a friend of mine's Boss OD-20 for a couple days. There's a Klon setting on it, and I was kind of unimpressed with it. That is, I was unimpressed until I used it in a band setting. HOly shit. That thing just adds just enough bite, grit and je ne sais quoi. I was blown away and kind of have a secret Klon boner.

My winter break is going to be spent learning how to build pedals, mainly so I can build myself a Klone.
