one quick question though ryan, on my tech 21 boost chorus there is a special little button for "multivoice" which creates a real thick & lush "organ" sound...i didn't hear that in the review on the 1st page. is there a way to get that sound with this v3?

That's a digital chorus pedal, who knows what it gets up to... the Cosmichorus is thick and lush by nature, it's analog!

You can use the v3 as two Cosmichoruses using a TRS breakout cable, you just go into the left side, out left into right, out right... and now you have two Cosmichorus pedals in series. (basically sounds more intense and wet than one Cosmichorus)

Just to elaborate on that, Alex, since I didn't really give you much info there....about the Tech 21 pedal, sometimes there's no correlation between what a digital pedal does and an analog pedal does. I mean, they have a section of code for that pedal that engages some other section of code when that button is pushed and it makes some change in the sound that is thick and lush, but that's not to say that an analog pedal would work the same way. An analog chorus uses a chip that passes the signal down a delay line, and then modulates the timing of that delay line, and that's how it sounds thick and lush by nature, because you're hearing an analog and delayed recreation of your signal.

Thick and lush are kind of subjective terms for an effect hey.. I think of thick as having a good amount of delay time to the effect, like a pretty dramatic chorus sound, not fast like flange. I think of lush as being quite wet sounding so not a subtle mix, more in your face.

The v3 definitely does thick and lush but I really couldn't say if it sounds anything like the Tech 21 thick and lush mode.
