She's about 7 months old. As soon as she could sit up, I put her in front of the keyboards and she went crazy. None of that baby fake instrument crap for her; she gets the real thing.
The tourbox is in my possession. I only got about an hour to fuck around after my son went to sleep tonight, I'm planning on recording my vidz on Tuesday night before band practice.
So far my immediate and rushed impressions are:
Lab Ratchet: Fucking amazeballs! Reminds me a little of my tone machine, except that the ratchet knob slowly blends in the octave-up plus scrambled awesomeness, instead of it just being on a flipswitch like the TM. I could see putting this up against my tone machine and it being a tough choice.
Magic Meter: Holy mother of god this thing has a lot of different tones in it. As a bass player, I did find myself turning the treble most of the way down and mids and bass up for more normal bass-sounding sounds. The two different gain and clipping stages was really cool to tweak around with. Even though I'm sure it's capable of doing really nice sweet sounding drive tones, I constantly found myself jamming on the really ugly, gross, awful sounding (in a good way) tones. Definitely some Zvex Machine-esque sounds there.

MM is awesome!
Pretty sure there is a Purple one in my future... I'm interested in how it's gonna play with the Fuck and Elements cause that could be the Trio to End All Trios...
