Soooo does this just kind of replace all their pedals that aren't delay or verb? I feel like they didn't sell too many of those anyway. :idk:

i have a love/hate relationship with multieffects. they tend to be a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none. but strymon doesn't put out shit...

I do love the Timeline... hmmm.

I don't think I need this, but I'll probably give it a hard considering once some demos are out (and of course the demos will sound fabulous). The main problem I can see happening is that you won't be able to use all of these modes at once.

Interesting, I guess that their resurrecting of the Timeline went well enough that they're going to try resurrecting the Glass Nexus now.

I'm kinda meh about it. I'm definitely not an analog snob at all, but I haven't liked most of the digital mod I've tried (with some exceptions). We'll see. I wonder if the flanger will be able to do through-zero.

I want to See the Manual First. Midi implementation in the Timeline could have been a lot better and deeper. I like its Sound. But if you go midi, then the whole Way into it with program change stuff for ALL Parameters.

Why would you want a destroyer when you can have The Great Destroyer? XP

How many delays are you using on the Timeline? It seems like you have most of the delay types in better pedals already and the Timeline doesn't appear to be the most user friendly.

if more than half of the settings are up to snuff, if taken as "this will replace X number of pedals", it'll probably be a deal.

im interested in destroyer and the quad thingy. and the pattern tremolo. if the regular tremolo does on-off choppy i'll be set.
,':{I> ... your move, Trebek.

I use 4 (Tape, LoFi, Sliced and dBucket) right now. The problem is, that i don't have enough space to use multiple delays on my analog pattern robots board (and using the old copicat is not so handy...). So one, that does it all is quite fancy. Timeline fits that need...
BTW, i checked the manual of the timeline again. There is a whole MIDI implementation on page 24 stated. Ok, my fault.
The thing, that bothers me with the timeline, is that i have to make my own presets and save them. Some knobs are not saved and i have to adjust that manually.
It is good, that we talked about it. I think i will go the route and fit for each song all parameters in Ableton (we have Ableton files for each songs for tempo and vocal samples). So i don't have to think about the timeline and just use it...
Will be a lot of work but then the feedback and grit parameters will fit accordingly how it makes sense for the song. I'm unable to adjust all that - beside other gear - for each song.

Ok, now i'm highly interested in the multi. It could save a lot of board space... Fuck

That's more than that I thought, but using it to save pedal space makes enough sense. You don't like Ice? That's the one that appeals to me most.

You can make and save 200 presets except they don't save all the parameters? You need to use MIDI to fully do that? That's not overly practical.

Get this multi so you can save board space allowing you to put multiple delays on it and not have to use the Timeline

As much as I could probably use this pedal, I can't justify it. I don't have any modulation/trem/etc. pedals at all on my board right now. Just the wrong market I guess. If I had a ton of pedals like that, it'd be a different story.
