Strymon's at it again...with a multi effect pedal

Post by madmax1012 »

Saw this on a facebook page...Looks legit? And I know they're all TGP hype, but this could be a game changer.

They must be lurking TGP hardcore. First the Flint which was OBVIOUSLY directed towards them, then TGP whined they wanted a multieffect. Interested to see the options of the different modes at least

They'll have to work their marketing magic strong with this one. $500 for a mod multi-fx? Naw man.

I had no idea WTF "quadrature" was and had to look it up.

Seems cool, but I'm not really into multi-effects processors.

I bet it sells well. For me, all I really every want out of a multi is Modulation.
I am not saying that I am buying this though.

:animal: Not saying I won't either. It would have to really impress me though...

I'm not a big analog everything guy but I usually feel like (with the few ones I've tried) modulation usually sounds before when analog over digital. I wasn't too impressed with what I've heard of the Orbiit. But their chorus does sound pretty nice, I admit.

I've yet to be overly impressed with digital mod. And I've played all of the popular ones. They usually don't work well with dirt or hot signals.
