I dunno how you do links from a phone but yeah abe vigoda the guitar is very cool almost like steel drums. I think it's maybe in the playing but thought I'd check around

If I were to go about recreating that sound, I'd start by running the +1 octave from a POG with a little dry signal along with some pretty wet slapback delay.
