I can often tell when i'm going to get sick, because my mood goes to shit for no reason about 36 hours before i actually get sick. i've learned to recognize this and use it as an early warning.

Just want to be in bed.

Why don't my parents realize when they tell me to get out of bed and be ready to go in ten minutes I'll be in the car in nine. Always last out of bed first to be ready.

this is the first day since i got to Chicago that i genuinely woke up feeling totally depressed and generally shit. i may be coming down with something, or it may be because i'm running out of weed, but i'm fixing to go back to bed and start over. but when i've slept the last two days, i've had painful and tramatic dreams about my ex, so i'm a little afraid to go to sleep.

fuck it...i'm going to put on <i>Selected Ambient Works Vol.2</i> and go back to bed...maybe things will suck less when i wake up. i have no forward momentum at all, it's raining in the no-you-can't-go-out-without-a raincoat Chicago manner rather than the California heavy-drizzle mode, and i have nothing to do except rearrange the stuff i've moved into my cousin's place so i can fit even MORE crap into the one room. i'd rather just curl up in bed with my stuffed animals.

I TOTALLY FORGOT THAT THE SPRING SHOT OUT OF MY VOLUME PEDAL LAST NIGHT. Now I have to take the whole thing apart to put it back together. I'm learning more and more that my volume pedal is one of my main pedals...
