OH MY GOD the Algal Bloom is so cool. I can't turn it off. And the guitarist in my shoegaze/psych rock band loves it too. I kinda want the bass version now too.

Yeah, and it's actually really versatile, too. Always nice to dial in just the right flavor for different songs. Only wish mine was a XS version in small enclosure.

Have had affairs with Hoof, Pharaoh, and Blunderbuss over the last couple years (and currently seeing The Elements on the side, shhh) but keep going back to my Tone Reaper.

And for four-stringers, TAFM kicks much bASS.

i think the best fuzz is one that really works well with your amp. i actually use the pharaoh and lstr in my orange th30 AND in my laptop through amplitube-(some may scream "SACRILEDGE"! about software), but they work well w/ both. my fuzz factory sounds great through the amp but horrible through software.
