BEST FUZZ FOR SHOEGAZE?????

No but really though, I'm gazing on guitar, and I find that I really like my FZ-2 (so, superfuzz) more than anything else. Though, in key moments, the ILFFUZZ is also great. BUT I REALLY WANT TO TRY A TONEBENDER. IS THAT A BAD IDEA? WHICH ONE??? MY MOJO LUST

dood, isn't the scarab basically a tonebender? i find that scarab is good at this sort of thing, i tend to play shoegazey sorta stuff with lots of droning strings. i've been letting the guitarist in my gazey band use it to great effect with his strat, too.

A Bender would probably be pretty rad for what you're looking for. It seems to work well with chords. I don't really know what's good though. The Tone Reaper seems like a solid choice

Gnometron's my favorite cuz it makes a FY2 sound like a travel sized vibrator.
