Delays with jacks that aren't loose or stripped
Pedals that ship with the screws pre-loosened so it takes me even less time to open them up and look inside

The only problem with this is an enclosure big enough to do the patching with the circuits inside.
I've actually done 2 dirt, delay, and reverb with patching to put dirt before or after delay/verb. It is just hard to fit everything in a reasonable enclosure. And it's expensive since it is multiple pedals in one box. But totally doable.

External tap tempo input. I have two pedals with it and I just keep thinking how awesome it would be to be able to set the time on a bunch of modulation pedals with one tap tempo switch wired up to all of them.

Pedals that wouldn't shoot up in monetary value because some rockstar used it on THAT album. I'm looking at you billy corgan and that black keys dude.
Fuzz, reverb, delay.

this would be better fixed if people would stop imitating others... or at least shitty artists.
