Hmmm...I was hoping this weird libertarian thing was just a Utah thing. I've been dealing with this for forever. All through high school all the other poli sci nerds were either libertarians or constitutionalists. And when I got to college it was much the same story except everyone who wasn't libertarian was crazy and extremely irrational. So it was impossible to really discuss anything, or work on anything with them, and the libertarians would just shout me down.

I've dealt with this in the past by closing myself off, so I wouldn't have to deal with either of them. I'll do what I can with my professors, because it really has been a one-sided education the whole time I've been here. Thanks

Been trying to get my laptop fixed. They've had it for 10 days and NOW have to send it in as they can't fix it locally. So frustrating.

Moved all my gear into new attic practice space, which is a :yay:

But the power in there isn't grounded and turns out to be super flakey. Everything is loud with hums, and then after about an hour, stuff just stopped making noise for a few seconds. Like isolated brownouts.. Super lame. Kinda scared my shit will get damaged :(

Really attracted to a best friend I really shouldn't be and can't have (she's single mind)

To be fair... she has epic rack.

We both sorta agreed we'd do it if we weren't the friends we were.

Just makes it worse! Especially with the rest of the closeness, chronic blue balling.

Go for it man! :thumb:

Especially if you know that she'd be into it if you weren't friends. And honestly it'll only get worse if you try and hold it back.

Boss thinks its cool to leave cash for everybody the night before payday, then plan to show up at night on payday while I'm working with my check so I don't get a chance to deposit it in the bank and have it cleared by the next day.

Asshole.

Nah, for some reason half the people get paid cash and I get checks. And she just sort of forgets mine half the time. It's not like she couldn't have left a check anytime yesterday knowing she wouldn't be in early the next day (she called while I was working that night to have me put an overnight parking pass on her daughter's car).

Once again, just a self-absorbed asshole.

My left wrist is having these weird, pulsing pains. It's not constant, predictable, or even caused by any certain movement. It leaves me completely baffled and annoyed because I have no idea how to prevent it.
This also caused me to wake up a little early this morning. Not cool, body, not cool. If I had done something to it yesterday I would understand, but this came out of nowhere.
It's torture.
