Also awesome how they reduced the rig down so that guitar + MIDI + Ableton/Reason is taking the place of a bunch of physical synths. And that she plays this all live. I'm gonna have to try to see her live.
Annie Clark is the best. This is an older video. Pick up the album she's talking about here. It's fantastic. I would also marry her if she didn't like ladies.

My 20-year-old niece got me to pay more serious attention to her. I love just watching her play. Not only do I have the riff to "Cruel" totally stuck in my head, her live version of Dig a Pony is just sick.
Mathias, I think you're a Madison guy like me--won't she be at the Bradley Center with David Byrne? Or did that already happen? I tend to be a day late and a dollar f-in' short. I would love it if she played the High Noon or somewhere like that.

I was making marriage preparations as soon as I saw her do those Big Black covers.
I love watching her interviews, she's great at communicating her ideas;I could listen to her talk forever. She also has a really pleasant voice and she's of course gorgeous. Great music to boot. 10/10 would marry
