this for me, i was never big on his demos. id like to try an oath though!
I really like his demos, but he does waffle a little bit too much, and he can't bend in tune to save his life. He's a really good guitar player; very unique and creative, but my goodness he can't bend without going sharp almost every time.
I'm such a bastard for saying that, but it's the Internet.

Give Mark a little nudge and I bet he'd happily build you one....
So fucking good!
I have one and I can attest to this. I honestly thought it wouldn't add anything new to the Pharaoh I already own, but as far as heavy fuzz, the Badascan—or, 'PHSTR'—walks all over it. It's like that feeling, if you remember, when you first saw the graphics for the original Splinter Cell on a really high-spec PC. It was awe-inspiring. But then after a couple of years, Half-Life 2 came out, and your mind was re-blown.

BTW, the Oath is so loud, that it pushes the amp afterwards like a motherfucker. That means, that it sounds different with each amp because the preamp gets distorted. I would say, the demos are not really showing how it will sound with the own amp unless exact the same amp is used. Nevertheless it sounds amazing with my London City.
Just expect 'fuck'. That's it—fuck; expect it whatever your amp.
