hey thanks man! ya korg ds10. it is actually a pretty cool lil program/game/whatever. what surprised me the most was the sound, and the functionality is awesome (much easier to navigate and figure out than lsdj or nanoloop and the like). first thing i actually really liked using the stylus for. oh and the pseudo kaos pad thing rocks

Yeah I remember watching a video for the Ds-10 and the guy was like "its very limiting due to the two synths are only monophonic." i was like "this dude knows nothing about synths or music." I love it, can't wait to fire it up tonight.

ha ya 2 oscillations a piece plus the 4 drums makes for plenty of bleeps. i kinda wish it had more steps on the sequencer but thats just me wanting more. doesnt even really matter if u freak it a lil bit. i really like how easy it is to do shit on the fly. the ds10 plus looks nice for the new ds, although i doubt ill end up gettin a whole new ds just for it. i guess its like having two carts in one. double the features/instruments

post some shit if u feel so inclined. would def like to hear some from other peeps using this thing.

This reminds me of a free program that I've sometimes used to make some chiptunes when I was that bored. It's called OrgMaker (click to download the english .zip file)
If you know the game "Cave Story" this is the program Pixel used to make the original soundtrack. So far I've made a loop of Tortoise's "Crest" and have made good headway on Don Caballero's "Sure We Had Knives Around" (trying to track the drums for this song is AGH). It's not the easiest program to work with, but it's fun!
