Re: The spite, hate, rage, apathy and mild irritation thread
So, I can't afford the book I need for my math class, and I can't afford the access code for the online homework shit. So, I'm not completely sure what to do about that. Maybe I can drop the course, and just take something that isn't math, so i don't miss credits. I'm not sure.
This sucks, though.

I have never lived anywhere where you could survive without a car, rarely worked within even a 20 minute drive of my house
binghamton area is just one of those places where you almost must have a sled of some type
but there are still people who need constant rides everywhere
There's a handful of ILF regulars from central NY, only a couple hours apart. After I get a car (God, hopefully before the end of the semester), we should organize a meetup. ILF NY Jam'n'Drink or something.
not sure how far it is, but you guys are always welcome to come to rochester and take a ride on the spaceship

Why is it that my friends that insist on debating politics with me know so little about anything that they want to debate about?

The same applies to, like, nearly everyone you'll ever meet face-to-face.
Same with religion.

Got an extension, got the book ordered.
Having a sad day, though. Kate said she'd call me between classes today, because we haven't been able to talk much.
I got two texts from her when she got lunch, and haven't heard from her since.
I get that she's busy studying and shit (her courseload is more intense than mine, for sure), but it still sucks.

The other day I wasn't scheduled to work so I decided to go do something I would have never done, so I went to the Little Rock zoo alone and it was great, I just needed to get away. On the way back I realized it was the first day I had not though/longed for my ex and that was pleasant, but really saddening to realize that even the strongest feelings I have felt for another person can waiver and fade.

This is now the second time I've gotten sick since I moved back home in May. I hadn't really been sick in years before this.

I hate how people automatically equate "working at home" to "not really working."

I equate "working at home" with "damn, wish I could do that." I hate the drama involved with most of my coworkers almost as much as the rude, nasty customers I have to deal with face to face daily.

Know that feel, bro. I keep telling myself that it means I'm growing up and moving on, but it still feels like a betrayal sometimes. It doesn't mean that things weren't real, it's just that sometimes they change...
