Re: Favorite Hot Sauce?
SRIRACHA FUCK YEAH!
i go through at least a large fucking bottle of that a month. Seriously, it stopped burning years ago
but man does it taste!
Tapatio and Cholula are my standard Burrito dousers,
Franks Red is my standard for buffalo wings
Blairs can do no wrong.
Matouks Calypso is one of my favourites
but the best hot sauce i ever had was a bottle of home made scotch bonnet hot sauce home made in the British Virgin Islands for me by a local restaurant, because my friend i was with was good friends with the family who owned the place. That shit was killer. Think the flavour of Matouks but the heat of Blairs. It was delicious.
It was so hot it lasted me two years...
have you guys seen this? this is supposed to be the holy grail of burn your face off and make sure your tongue feels like it just fought Hulk Hogan type thing.

Re: Favorite Hot Sauce?

i don't think Tapito is any better or worse than Valentina. i use Mexican hot sauce more for cooking/making stuff w/ than using it as a condiment.

anybody ever tried their hand at making their own hot sauce. i tried to make a green sauce w/ some chiles that i grew last year but i did not succeed.

The parnership with Zakk Wylde make me question my love for Blair.

All of them.
Mostly:
Chipotle or Garlic Tabasco
Garlic Cholula
Cheech
This yellow mustardy stuff I have a bottle of downstairs that I am too lazy to go look at. Melinda's something I think.

Re: Favorite Hot Sauce?
Tabasco... Mainly because that's all my dad ever used when i was growing up.
Like curry, I could season just about anything with Tabasco (original or habanero... Have not tried the other varieties)
It looks like I need to try Sriracha...
Bandito Burrito in HSV has a pretty good, spicy hot sauce concoction they serve in little plastic cups, but I don't know anything about what's in it or if they make it themselves.
