If it makes you feel any better, I hadn't even thought of a connection to the name until now. And it took me a second to figure it out.

Yeah, I keep thinking that it's an EQ/shaper of some sort. :picard:

Fixed the latency issue I had with Ableton, and now it's running great. Will probably get a Library Pack or Massive to accompany the sounds included.

In other news, the new Maschines look sexy. http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/ ... &page=1526

Oh, that sucks. I thought the made them all with their side adjust mechanism. :idk:

I'm almost positive that I'll be heading over to Ancient Astro's house on Sunday and he's gonna help me setup and intonate the conversion!

Damn, this was in stock where I ordered it... but it's been a week now so I called them.
In fact the item is not in stock and it's discontinued.

I don't want the IAS-5. I will have to keep on searching.

Just got a Mono Cases M80 for my PT2 and a wallet for almost 40% off.

It's not on their site, though. You have to go to fab.com and sign up for it.

Just in: Basic Audio Scarab with the special Downstoke finish that's been going around for a while. I think this thing has finally found a permanent home...

*mumbles, kicks dirt, and walks away*

The only one I SERIOUSLY miss dearly is the Low Pass Filter. But I only have a super application for the Ring Mod in a non-musical context.

Traded the Murf and another pedal for a Peavey T60, then sold that.
Traded the Ring Mod for that pink FAC OFF that's been floating around and a tuner which I sold.
Traded the Low Pass filter for a Last Gasp Super Oscillo Drive and PS-5. Sold the PS-5 and traded the Super Oscillo Drive and Digitech Digidelay for a Megalith. Sold the Megalith to fund my Sunn.

It's really bad that I remember all of that off the top of my head. But in the end I ended up with a nice Sunn head and probably a ton of other shit hahahah

the reason i stepped up from a pt-2 to a pt-pro was because giant moogerfoogers are too damn big. ring mod and freqbox both see use in one of my bands.

in the other band right now it's just mini-rrr->rusty box. i'm looking forward to adding the muff in between those two for a minimal setup.
