90's rap was going off like crazy on every level. You had people who would seem like "underground" stars going gold and platinum on the regular. So many classic albums I won't bother even starting to list them.
Of course, it depends what "Now" is. If it's the 00s, then in the 01 you have The Blueprint on the one hand and The Cold Vein on the other. That's pretty unfuckwittable.

Rap has never been that important to me I was into ICP just because they make me laugh. Im serious though bitches is great and the first i I heard it when ODB came on i laughed so hard i cried
