I bought a GGG muff, and there are a few caps I don't know how to read. Their are two film caps (first one I'm going to list is physically bigger) that have the same packaging (u is used in place for the symbol of micro):

(guessing 1uf)

(.1uf?)
And then a ceramic cap that reads:
Y5F
501K
500V
(.5nf?)
What do you guys think?

yes i think you are right on all of them
if no u symbol is given it is a value in picofarads.
so 501 = 50 * 10^1 picofarads = 500 picofarads = .5 nano farads.
