Yep, I had it for a few months too, if you can believe it. I definitely think it was more for guitar than bass, but with guitar it made it sound great.

I dont wanna be an asshole, but get a good amp with low enough wattage that it breaks up a bit at your normal playing volume, and you'll get away with less OD's, and fuzz's will have extra magic too

I don't have any overdrives right now though. I've got an octave fuzz with a switchable octave. A compressor that I don't like/use much. And a ds-1 which even with the gain at 0, is still more gain than I would like. And I kind of hate the sound of it after owning for like 3 years.
