I just bought a GGG muff (I wasn't sure if this should go in DIY, but I think it's still relevant), and am not sure what version to make. Was thinking of doing the "GGG tuned" one since it's suppose to sound similar to a Bluebeard. I've never played the Bluebeard, but I like what people say about it. Anyways what say yous?
P.S. I'll probably end up using it for basssssssssssssssss.

Op aaaamp!!!! Wait, that's not really an option. I really like the Violet Ram... but I play guitar. If I were to play bass I would probably do some sort of a Green Russian... with clean blend of course.

I pretty much love them all but since I rediscovered my black Sovtek Muff that's been my jam. It sounds so incredible through my half stack I ditched my Skreddy and actually all of my other fuzzes and I haven't looked back.
I think the best versions for bass are Sovtek, triangle, or Supa Tone. The Supa Tone is possibly the most kick ass bass fuzz ever.

My favorite is op-amp. Next favorite is probably any of the Russians, because they tend to be lower-gain and are more grindy and less creamy. The creamier ones tend to make a bass disappear in the mix.
