Wow - I only posted them 15.46 on Monday! Yeah, it cost a dickload for the shipping, but it's worth it to know that the pedals got there safe and sound. A tip with the gnome - although if you want to just go nuts and experiment you don't have to read this!
- play with the two small knobs on the side. Leave the first one (closest to the top) all the way down (off) - that controls an extra output boost, and it's way easier to dial in without it. The second knob controls how much of the first clipping stage is in action, the third controls the second stage. Coupled with the diode switches on the front = SOOO many sounds! Last knob is gain for the clean stage. Leave that pumped at 100%. At first I couldn't get a good sound out of it, then after a while I couldn't get a bad sound out of it!

That’s quarter-assed at best.
Yeah, I have to edit the stuff I recorded... At the moment it is boring and filled with bad playing. I'm aiming to get the demos down to round 2 minutes of less boredom and bad playing

Ok, I have recut this lots and worked out that making demos is hard. Props to Excane, Dennis and the others who do rad demos! I haven't publicly listed this yet so I can recut stuff if the suckage factor is too high. It was recorded at thunderous volume and has no post-EQ on it at all. Edit: I'm really happy with the recorded sound - it sounds exactly like it did in the rehearsal room.
The Brootz Gnome isn't in the vid because I couldn't get it to jibe with my amp. The output on that thing is insane. Like... INSANE. My Lab Series L11 overdrives pretty nicely when boosted, especially for a solid state amp, but the Brootz was too much and everything sounded ass. Wish I had one of my tube amps available to demo it with. Oh well.
iMovie was really good for the most part, and sometimes it was a pain to work with - if anyone can help solve the following issues I'd be happy! 1) It's exported in 1080p but when I uploaded it to YT I could get max 720 sorted! 2) Despite being high res the text is kinda fuzzy. WTF? 3) The share to Youtube function in iMovie didn't seem to actually share anything to my YT account?
If you duders think the demo is ok I'll up it public and put it in the McSpunckle sharktank.
