Yeah, I was going to say The Elements as well, though the Fuzzhugger Magic Meter seems like it could do this as well.
One of the keys to cutting in a mix, in my experience, is not so much the highs and lows as it is the mids. A lot of people equate scooped mids with a "heavy" sound (a la many Muffs & their variants), but in full band situations, those scooped tones get lost.
I believe both the Elements & Magic Meter pedals have some serious mid-shaping capacity. But you might also want to consider the Musket (and/or Blunderbuss), as well as the (gasp) Swollen Pickle. All should be more than capable of bringing the lowz, highz and MIDZ!
