i picked up a Mantra last week and have been very pleased with it. i opted for the version with the high-gain switch, which takes it from creamy sustain to crunchy-toast-burning-your-palm with a flick. my setup is '77 colorsound wah/straight/fuzz > EQD dirt transmitter > mantra > EQD ghost disaster. i'm thinkin with the addition of a solid clean boost in the chain, i just might tear a hole in the sky.
