It's the weekend! I'm predicting 3-4 awesome breakthroughs for Ryan. One of them being successfully combining takeaway Indian butter chicken and pizza. Sounds impossible? Maybe.

Uh yeah, Cosmi. :!!!:

Not to change the subject or be the douchey guy who expects more and more but I'm just wondering, are you planning to make any other Dr. sci pedals stereo too. I think a stereo rrr would be amazing! Just like the new cosmichorus will be!

And if I had to pick, I would probably go spacey over zombinis.

Yo guys!

Geez, I'm sorry I've been awol for the last 10 days.. I've spent them working on the Cosmichorus......

Which is now totally finished!

Here's a quickie clip of the prototype in stereo. This proto is perfect, clock noise is completely sorted, the circuit is tuned and adjusted and tweaked and just right... I'm really happy with it! Flipping Finally!

It's not the best audio but I think it's better than my last videos... I've done the audio much louder so you can't hear the guitar strings but it's made the shop lights rattle like crazy.. it sounds like hiss sometimes but it's rattling. The v3 is quieter than the v2 while being brighter and clearer.

I'll do a mono clip soon so you can hear what the phase switch sounds like better in mono.. it's pretty dramatic in stereo though hey?

Ok, as for the kickstarter, crowdfunding, pre-order discussion... we're going to go with a pre-order. And we'll get cracking on it soon with artwork and a t-shirt and I'll keep you guys updated.

I'd like to thank everybody for the votes of support/confidence with the pre-order idea, I appreciate it. I know it's not ideal to have to send money in advance for something and the past year or two have seen some awful shady garbage go down in the guitar effect world but I promise you'll be in safe hands with us. We live for this and we love this and we'll never let you down.

So basically from here I just have to order one last pcb layout that will have all the updates and revisions and perfections, just housekeeping stuff and component values and reference designator kind of stuff, everything is totally sorted now with the circuit and the layout. I feel really confident in saying that too, I've investigated and trouble-shooted this layout six ways from Sunday and it's ready.

Thank you very much for sticking with me through this crazy long process of overhauling the Cosmichorus!

Excane pretty much summed it up.

Ryan, did you call your Mesa a triple rectumfryer or am I just imagining things?

also, only reason i'd want to play with a guitarist right now. to hear "my Dual Rectum Frier" thrown around all the time. which, i also, thought was what everybody called it.

We shall start the pre-order planning post-haste.. I don't really have any details yet but very soon I'll be able to start the production quoting process and get some real numbers and time frames...

Holy.

Moly.

That sounds radder than radness itself. Didn't expect it to sound so huge with fuzz. Wow. And those flange tones... mmm....
