Local Record Store celebrated it's 40th anniversary. There were bands and food, as well as that all of the used merchandise was 40% off, I'm going back tomorrow for more. Also I got one 78, but that didn't make it into the picture. The Cassette from the band "A friend called Fire" is from a local band here in chicago. I worked with them in the studio last Thursday and the lead singer gave me it, it's #35 out of #500.

Awesome, they were on skates or you were? Or both?

I got more stuff today too, that's probably it for a while. I'll post a list or pic later.

So my School hosted a community Book/CD/record/single/cassette/DVD/VHS sale, to which I went. I spent $19 on 18 cassettes, 11 records, 3 singles, and 4 CD's. I know have over 50 albums to listen too. This will probably be, but not indefinitely be, my last post in here for a while. No pictures of the 45's, but they are:
Jim Henson (singing sesame st. songs)
The Everly Brothers
The Moonlighters

Also the six cassettes at the top, three on each side, are from a local resale store, but I threw those in the picture as well, those were 25 cents each. :snax:

Actually got more stuff today, I sold a few Cd's I had that were bleh, and I returned some stuff, so I had a $21 dollar credit, to which I picked out $41 in stuff. Pictures soon. Finally found some 20th century music I like, besides from Phillip Glass
