HUSH (Doom from Upstate NY)

Check out HUSH. New band from Troy, NY (and surrounding areas). I recorded this remotely in a giant industrial warehouse space just across the Hudson from Albany. Total post-apocalypse vibe in this place. Just rough mixes so far, but shit is sick. If you like doom give it a listen.

I should probably clarify that I don't play in this band, just the recording/mix engineer on this project. They're good friends of mine, so I'm real excited about the project. Stoked ya'll are digging it though. I'll pass along the compliments.

Plattsburgh. Basically, go north toward Montreal, and take the last exit before Montreal.

Yeah I have friends near lake george and to them I am not allowed to be upstate

I do feel like NYC is it''s own thing anymore,
NY Music should be heavy though, but a cold weather heavy, not like atlanta heavy

Also: I just assumed plattsburgh was part of canada

i feel like atlanta proper is lacking in the heavy department these days. we have some legendary shit to the south of us though.

as soon as my v4 comes out of the shop i will attempt to bring doom and gloom back to the atl.
