In my covers band, other than my amp dirt, my main dirt pedal is a Dwarfcraft Hair of the Dog. In my originals, my main fuzz is a fOXX Tone Machine clone.

Guitar = LM308 Ratt Clone + Hawk
Bass = is in a state of flux, it was Just the Hawk but I am in a dirt transition phase. But it it may end up being CF Pink Elephant and the Ratt or the Green Muff Clone I am getting.

Always on: Danelectro TOD v2. This thing rules, and helps make my monstrous clean amps break up (because neither my twin nor sunn does lol).

TAFM. Clean blend and tonal versitility is great for synth use.

the great destroyer is my go to pedal to make all my other dirt sound more fugly. i also use a digitech death metal for more traditional sounds, and an hm-2 for cleaving everything in half. waiting to add a dirge electronics muff, too.
