The dogs went first.
I didn't see Akira (the big one) in the dream at all, so I'm guessing the zomie dogs that were chasing me killed her already. We thought Pancake, the black one, was ok, but oh, were we surprised.
Like idiots we went to my Mom and stepdads house to get guns and ammo. Idiotic. Step dad has like 2 guns, and one is a deer rifle, and hte ohter is like a 6 shot revolver. (The official zombie apocolypse plan is to go to my father in law's house who has like 8 big scary guns, and like 5 of them being some variety of shotgun/brain splatterer, and I bet hes got a machete too. And then up to the cabin in the woods whos location shall remain secret, you fuckin zombies.)
So there I was gearing up, if you will, and I look back into the truck (WTF, like a late 80s big blue ford truck? Not our real vehicle) and Pancake is all hackled out, foaming to beat the band and trying to kill, uh, everyone, including the truck.
Luckily I woke up before I had to put him down.
THEN this morning (IRL) the goddman dogs caught a baby rabbit, but didnt finish it off, so I have a broken rabbit in my yard that I can't bring myself to kill, even though it is doomed and suffering. I guess it'd be different for me if I had a gun, but I don't, I have a 5 pound hammer.
