My personal shit (which is still kinda heavy) isn't as bad right now.

But other ILFers's struggles make me want to cry right now. Seriously, y'all are making me tear up. Maybe I'm just drunk, maybe just...IDK it's the fucking chemical shit in my brain deciding to fuck me over again because I drank too much. BUT between behndy, Ieatcats, and bubstance I just want to have a good cry and hug y'all hardcore.

Dammit, I'm a secret softie. Like if you met me IRL you'd be like, "That's the most chill, stoic dude I've ever met." But fuck, I'm feeling for everybody right now.

Sometimes I just want to sell all of my gear in favor of just, like, an EGC, a few pedals and an amp.

Nawcha mean.
If I really really really had to, I could get by with one bass and like...three pedlols. Some things are hard to give up, though.
And some things aren't worth enough to bother selling. I've taken to having only one bass and one guitar out at a time rather than the huge rack taking up space and it's pretty nice.

For another confession: I'm not really into Mountainking stuff. Not that I've played one, but in demos they're all kinda too synthy for me. plus its too expensive man

Here are my confessions for today:

My Jazzmaster makes me not want to use fuzz a whole lot.

I literally cannot stop spending money and it scares me.

I listened to My Bloody Valentine for the first time last night. (I totally dug it)

I haven't looked for a real career to replace my job the past few weeks because I've come home and built pedals every night.

I haven't been able to play music for more than an hour in almost a month.

Yeah, I have pretty large amount of Financial Aid coming this Fall and Spring (mostly grants, some loans) and I can't fuck up and blow a lot of money on gear, like usual.
I have no amp or bass GAS, I am going to buy a new laptop for music stuffs, I just can't be buying a pedals.

I have been broke as fuck this summer, this was my first semester at UF (transfered) and they do Financial Aid differently. My last school would break it up into 3 parts if you were planning to go to school over the summer. I got my money in January and went fucking Nuts! If I had been more responsible, money would have been tight this summer, but not this tight.

Yeah.. It's been bad for the past few years, but recently its just like MAN where the hell is every single one of my paychecks going? I graduated in May, got about $2000 for graduating, and have been getting paid every week, and I've only got $200 to my name. It's terrifying. And what makes it worse is I can't even prove to my fiance that I can save money enough to move in with her...

I'm going to be putting up some stuff in B/S/T and instead of going into my checking account I'm either putting it straight into savings or our joint account together. I can't keep doing this
