Congrats man. I smoked between 1 and 2 packs a day through college. Then my first summer out of college I started hiking, and I got so tired of not being able to breathe and hacking up a lung whenever we got above 4000 feet. I just said fuck it and quit cold turkey. I gained like 20 pounds, but fuck it was worth it. My older brother is still trying to quit to this day, and I feel for him badly.

yay! yeah, i felt like shit 'cause it was totally on me, we gave you shit recordings for the drums, but we bumped that PreEmptive Mix and my boy and grrL looked at me and said, "soooooo..... your pahtnah plays bass huh? looking out for y'all own huh?".

Cane - noice! yah, i got lucky and was into stuff that was super hard to actually get addicted to when i was messier with my chemistry (acid, e, shrooms), so i can't relate to having to quit something. but i've seen enough friends that are strong have a hard ass time with it. good on you homie!
