Am I missing something? Is this still the only video/demo/sound sample for the final model? And people are buying/selling it? Send me one; I'll do a few HQ demos and mail it back.

That's a great way of describing it!
Like a weird parallel-universe cousin of the Algal Bloom (gainier
and smoother?) with a more bit-crushy parallel-universe cousin of the Velcroar.

Yes! As soon as I can! It's tough finding time away from building to actually demo, but I'm working on it!

What are the primary differences between this and the Arc Flash? Kind of torn between these two.

My two cents: Lab Ratchet: a ton of sustain and can become gated when you turn the ratchet knob ccw. probably better for solos and lead stuff Arc Flash: adds a nice layer of dirt on the lower setting, and seriously sounds like electricity shooting from the amp on the higher setting. my favorite thing to do is put a boost in front of it and leave it on the lower setting, then when you hit the boost it sounds like explosions within explosions.
When you're ready to come back down
I'll be waiting here

An excellent summary! Thank you very much.
