Seems like the problem is in the custom work. If johns to busy then he should close down his rehouse custom shop stuff. Im not trashing the guy telling a true story with all the emails you would ever need to prove it. Ive waited this long as i also find shouting your business for the whole world to hear trashy. But these reports have just sent me over the edge.

Those of us reporting a negative experience are reporting extra long wait times, poor communication from John, not receiving the product as ordered. Definately enought to warrant letting others know about. I am not saying my experience is the defining Basic Audio experience, but it has defined MY experience, John has plenty of satisfied customers. What I am saying is that anyone considering Custom work from John should be aware of mine and several others ordeal.
I obviously should have quoted Patrick's post above mine there as he's now edited out the accusations/suggestion of trying to scam people which leaves my post making no sense. I have no argument with anyone else's unsatisfactory experiences.
Yea i apologize misread one post. as ive said ive been pushed over the edge by this whole thing.also as far as im concerned the power outage is another of a long list of excuses ive received from john.UNACCEPTABLE.

Thanks, you could have said that before I called you on it though instead of just editing your post.
I imagine you could very easily verify if there was a power outage where he is based given that I presume you have his postal address from sending the pedals to be rehoused, if you wanted to.
You mistake me for someone cares.my problem with the builder is 7 months of email tags several due dates not met excuse after excuse. Not some power outage. I actually have a custom order in the works do you?
yah. i feel your frustration Patrick, and it's nice that you're standing up for a builder you like Moose, but silly drama is silly. you both disagree, Patrick edited his post to be less I'm Gonna Get You Sucka, everybody else is just throwing out how it's gone with them and Mssr. Lyons.
and i agree, trashing someone when they don't have a chance to respond is classless. i wasn't happy with my 2nd experience with him, but he's not a bad guy. let's keep the personal stuff out of this?

I edited the post out of respect for john. The edited material was more or less a question.I thought i read something that wasnt there human error so i solved the problem to keep the truth alive. My account is 100% truth if john or anybody else is offended im sorry but ive had enough.
