But, after flipping a cab and pedal, and in addition to money from a new job, a Megalith, a Heavy Machine and a Huge Box will be joining my family in 2 months time.

:thumb: Hell Yeah! :thumb:

I wanna grab a Behemoth, Huge Box, & Heavy Machine soon.

This showed up today

The Rukus doesn't really sound like my thing.
That being said, I will probably end up having one anyways.

My thoughts exactly. There's nothing that sounds quite like it, and that translates into me having one :yay:

I am glad my old megalith found a retreat with other megalith's so he can live out his days amongst his own kind.

You're the only one I know of that has one, so I thought of you when bringing it up :thumb: Rukus and megalith are the only other MntKng pedals I haven't tried, that I'm interested in.

Ha. That's the two I have. If it were not for shitty import fees I'd do a temp trade with you.
I am not so sure how well the Ruckus works for Bass. I don't have a Bass so I never got to try. It seems like a more traditional fuzzy "amp breakup" kind of overdrive which it does great. It adds a sizzle on top of your notes that works really well for dirty blues and shit like that. You know, when pedals inspire you to play a certain way? For me it was like that with the Ruckus. plugged it in and went away on the blue train. I guess you could use it for other stuff too, and stacking with a fuzz it adds a lot of bottom end and hairy chest. I loved the Ruckus stacked with a TAFM, that was doom heaven. Oddly I never liked it with the Megalith though, it didn't seem to add much to that beast.
While I didn't like the Fuck so much, Univalve thinks they are in a similar ballpark. When I got it, the dude that was selling it likened it to the Pennypedals Fingerprint.

yeah, i would still say, that the fuck overdrive burst mode can make very similar sounds as the ruckus. And i still want a ruckus.
Missed on i BST a while ago and right now other priorities :idk:

Haha I understand, appreciate you theoretically offering the temp trade  . I'll prob never be able to compare them together myself, but I've been lusting a Fuck OD for a bit now, and would rather give Brian some of my moneyz since I haven't gotten any SSBS jawn in a while...really thinking I need a custom Team Awesome Fuck Machine. I regrettably sold my TAFM a year or two ago...looks like the one in your ruckus vid on youtube actually. Did I sell it to you? That would be neat to know it's still around here. I actually remember that Fingerprint/Rukus "comparison" video. I feel like 90% of the guys using a fingerprint, aren't doing OD sounds with it generally, considering all the noisy stuff it can do.
